Suggestions!!!

I have a few suggestions that just might change your life from what it is now. I don't mind if you don't use them, as if it doesn't feel right in your heart don't go with it.

Firstly, if you feel like it's all getting way to much for you, then ask your spirit guides (out lowed) to tone it down a fraction as you need a respite. Tell them you've had enough for now so change the circumstances and ease up. Always talk to them and tell them everything you want or don't want.
Secondly, if you could get yourself some sage from a new age shop and smudge/smoke your house and car to remove any residue energy or ghosts left by the previous tenants to give you a clean slate.
Thirdly, regularly burn either incense or an oil burner to keep them away permanently so that they won't influence your life with bad luck, bad health, and sickness, and to cleanse yourself when coming back from the hospitals, doctors, supermarkets, etc as these things attach themselves to us in public places.
Fourthly, get yourself a charm or crystal and hold it between your palm and visualize your life as you want it to be with all your feelings and see it happening. Then wear it on you all the time.
Fifthly, everytime you get up surround yourself in Brilliant White Light to guide you through the day and again at night before going to sleep to protect you while sleeping.

Do these 5 things and I guarantee your life will turn around for the best!!!!!
