What Is The Divine Presence?
What is Divine Presence?
The Divine Presence is also known as the I Am Presence, the Higher Presence, the monad, the soul's soul, the Christ Self, the God or Goddess Self, or the Buddha within, among other names. It is the part of us that exists in the realms of Spirit, the part that is closest to the Divine.
There is much 'baggage' around some of these phrases, so to fully know this part of ourselves one must see through to the essence of this Light, no matter what it is called. We have chosen to call it the Divine Presence, and the Light that emanates through it the Christ Light, which brings us Christ Consciousness, also called Enlightenment.
The Divine Presence creates only perfection, and if we call it consistently and earnestly into our lives, we gradually give up the discord and struggle and find that it is replaced by harmony and perfection. All energies that we have miscreated will gradually transform into pure Light. This is the giving up of our lower will in surrender to the Higher Will, the Will of God/Goddess, the Will of Divine Presence. Only then can this Presence truly create for us our perfect lives.

The LightWorkers' Decision
Every being of light in all the heavens, every being of Love in all the worlds, every wash of starlight that is embodied, every planet pregnant with life -- all are holding their breath. Holding their breath as I call you to step forth out of your reality completely and to trust that the New World will be there to place your foot upon. As I breathe in My In-breath, as I feel you as the greatest Love stirring within, I too am pregnant with anticipation! In all of the worlds, all of the expanding universe, all of the trillions of beings spreading their wings of truth, there is none like you.
Now the time comes for the greatest leap of faith, faith that says that what is in your heart is the real truth, while all the structure by which you have lived your lives is an illusion. You understand this certainly, but do you understand it enough to bet your life upon it? Do you understand it enough to step forth and trust that My Love will be there? And are you ready to do this in ways both great and small, without any comparison between the world you are leaving and the world on which you arrive?
Are you willing to give up your "human home"-- the ideas you have had about what it means to be a human being? Can you start with a clean slate upon which I write the truth of your life and you then live it, moment by moment, step by step, vision by vision, dream by dream?
Dear ones, there are three very important things that have happened that have already changed your world forever. You need to deeply understand these things as you take My hand and step away from the ledge of the known world. As you step into the knowledge of your place in My heart and the truth of the "World to Come," Love is "switched on" so you become a functioning cell in My heart, the heart of God, awakening.
First, in 1987, at the time of the Harmonic Convergence of energies, a decision was made by you in the temple of your hearts. Until that moment, there was to be a splitting of the path. Those who could make the choice for Love were to move ever higher into the light to bring forth the manifestation of humanity's evolution. The others who did not say "yes," were going to gently "drop-down" into a slower evolution, there to continue to evolve living with those of like vibration.
At that time I felt a tugging on My heart, dear ones -- a longing for those who were to be left behind. I felt keenly the emptiness within as I acknowledged that some cells of My heart would be missing, so to speak, still cloaked in illusion and darkness. You must understand that you do live within Me, that you truly are living cells that are within My heart.
As this intense longing deepened, it became almost agonizing. And yes, I can feel agony and often have at the loss of communion with My own heart and being that the illusion has caused. When I looked within, I discovered something truly amazing! The longing that I was feeling was you, My LightWorkers, longing for your brothers and sisters! You did not want to leave them behind! You were My heart speaking to Me!
When I understood this, oh My beautiful children, I fell in Love with you all over again! I understood My own heart in new ways. I knew for the first time that you truly were showing Myself to Me! You were truly opening into Love in manifestation. I knew then, that all I had dreamed of for you, would be true! You would be co-creators gently loving into being new life -- both within you and around you! I knew that your homecoming was going to be more than all I had dreamed! I knew that in spite of the depth of illusion you fell into, you were going to emerge as something more beautiful than either of us had ever dreamed!
So there at that moment, that juncture when so much was held in the balance, you decided together, in unison, in your hearts, on the deepest spiritual plane that you can access that you would offer yourselves, your service and your light so that nobody would be left behind! This was the moment of My greatest joy, for you are the wild card within Me. You are the part of Me that is unknown. You surprised Me in wondrous and wonderful ways.
At that moment all Beings of Light who assist you, concurred. It was, and is possible for the children of God, using both your Love and your will, to lift up and clean up everything in the world, so that nothing is left behind. In order to do this, each of you agreed that you would personally transform the darkness, limitation and illusion for those who were not able or ready to do so. You will gladly, you told Me, offer your Love and your service for the upliftment of the whole world, of humanity and the planet into the light.
Now we are here. We are on the very real cusp of the very real awakening. LightWorkers are remembering by the thousands daily that there are real and exciting changes. But many of you are not yet remembering your agreement of service to the transformation.
The second thing that is happening, now that the changes are fully underway, is that many beings of light are finding themselves in unexpected situations of varying degrees of intensity -- difficult things for which there are no clear explanations. Beings of obvious light and very great Love are finding themselves dealing with physical illnesses that even threatened to take them off the planet. Other beings are finding themselves in a crunch financially though they know that I will always provide. The list goes on and on.
Many explanations are offered. These situations create fear and discomfort in those not challenged (if such a person as this, who lives purely, can be stricken could happen to me?). The ego rushes in and finds an excellent crack in the vibrations of Love, and judgment occurs. People are regularly told that they have done something to bring this, or that they have not done their spiritual work. And, if all else fails they are told that there must be some old subconscious pattern at work!
Dear ones, it is very important that you hear Me and this message of transformation. We are now at the critical time. One foot is on the shore of the New World and the other foot is on the shore of the old. Only the commitment of the LightWorkers, of the pure and loving of heart, to use their lives, their bodies, hearts and will in service of humanity's transformation will create the bridge that will bring everyone through. To bring everyone was your promise to me! To bring everyone! Oh dear ones, this promise is how I know you My children. All I am and more. This promise is how I know that Love will continue to show a new and more beautiful face, and that My heart will be a reflector of the purer light into the most glorious expression of our co-creation.
You must come to understand this process of transformation and this agreement! It has now become critical! If you do not, it could destroy the unity necessary to make the rise in consciousness and heart that will bring you back to the One. If you do not understand, then it will seem like chaos. It will seem that the laws of Love do not work! For it will seem that the path of Love works for one person, opening them easily to obvious blessings and higher good and does not work for another for they are still suffering.
But the suffering is not their own, I tell you, My beloveds. With the release from Time (and what you call Karma), with the extraordinary elevation in the light taking place, and with all the Beings of Light gathering here with you, any LightWorker choosing Love would be effortlessly rising, and everything of any negativity falling away. If that is not happening, then I guarantee you that one is taking on the work of transformation, for the rest of humanity. This must be understood. It must be honored. It must be supported and assisted!
I ask this of all of you. In big ways or small, it is this tremendous service of doing more than your share that will bring all My children home to Me now. And yes, ultimately all would return, but it is this extra effort that reveals your truth, your depth of Love and caring. Ultimately that will be reflected back to you in millions of ways. This too, is a law of the universe as you know.
So in this world of illusion it will be more important than ever to look very carefully at the truth of what is happening. Every situation must be read with the heart. Those who are living transformers will be obvious the moment you understand the fact of this most glorious offering. Now, let Me remind you that this agreement that all humanity would make it Home in this evolution was a concord of all of you who have light enough to understand. If you are reading this, this means you. So I must ask you to turn right now to Me and to ask Me to show your path of service to this transformation. You will be amazed. You'll find things making sense that just did not make sense to you. You'll understand the "piece," as you say, about giving that is the most powerful way to your own awakening. Of course, the Love that you give holds the most powerful blessing for you of all the energy you'll receive.
Dear ones, I will guide you. Here is the third and most important thing. This fact of the Lightworkers offering of transformation will save the Earth and allow Her to rise into Her own process of ascension. All of you know this is Her "initiation" also, yet you have not known how to assist Her. As I have told you, energy must be dealt with. The "trash" must be cleaned up! This process of transformation when combined with your conscious intent is the most powerful energy available in this universe.
Now this seems like a big thing for Me to say, until you remember who I am and thus who you are, co-creators who are the cells of My very heart. So all beings of light everywhere are on call to your intent! I want you to absorb this. Knowing this you must now take in the fact that nothing that is happening here is personal. If you are a being of light, conscious of Me and dedicated to Love, the forces and powers that are working in your life are universal -- dramatic rivers of light, shifts in awareness, beings of such magnitude that you cannot yet comprehend.
So you must not "put your head in the sand"! You must not believe that this is only about you, your growth, your awakening, your ascension. FOR THAT VISION IS FAR TOO SMALL FOR YOU! If you subscribe to such a vision, you may keep your life progressing on a steady path upward but you would be missing out on the most amazing, dramatic and beautiful Creation story ever lived: your Creation story! It is the story where you, My children, activate your will, light up the cells in My heart with such power and grace that you rectify a whole evolution by redeeming what had been forced into separation and illusion -- by the power of your choice, your Love and your will.
Dear ones, you have often heard that for this time the coming of Christ will be within you. This process of taking on transformation for the world is exactly how you will do this! Christ on the cross did exactly the same thing. He saw that humanity had fallen prey to the illusion and He transformed it by living that darkness while in the body.
It is imperative that this information be distributed and understood. If it is not, you will lose LightWorkers needlessly! If you do not know what is happening as you take on the part of the transformation you have agreed to, as you run it through your body without the understanding and the intent of the transformative light, it can be too much for the physical vehicle. The process in itself can often produce a pathway to the person"s living "bardo," a special dispensation given to you exactly for these times. It is a reward for the great service you are doing -- the opportunity to go through the death experience while still on earth. It is a very great honor and evolutionary boost that I have given you, poured out upon you in My joy and gratitude for your decision to bring all of My children home.
You do not want the experience of your piece of the transformation to be harmful in any way. But it can be because the energies are shifting, uplifting so rapidly that you must understand transformation. You must understand it because you have agreed to do it. On some level, in some way, your piece will come to you. The worst thing that could happen is for you or others around you to place negativity upon the experience by seeing it as something wrong with you, your clarity, your clearing, your resolution of issues, your growth in Me. Every one of those thoughts creates a negative situation where there never was one. In other words although something negative is seeming to occur, in truth it is very positive, for your intention and the intention behind the whole situation is of the most profound good! Yet one judgment from yourself or others and the purity of the offering of this service is tainted, because you are co-creators and that thought creates a very real detrimental energy.
So please, dear ones, be so very careful. Be vigilant against judgment and negative interpretation! Be especially vigilant against the assumptions and easy answers that allow you to feel better than or separate from anyone. Those are the signs that the greatest offering of humanity thus far, the assurance of their divinity by this gift reflecting My fullness in each of you, has been commandeered by the ego or the intent of separation.
When you put your foot down on the shore of the New World what you'll find instantly is a world totally in communion and communication, first through the Internet and then through the inner knowing. You will find a world with a unity of purpose fully engaged in the process of transformation for all -- not for the individual. This, dear ones, is the difference between the old and New World.

Symptoms Of Spiritual Awakening
SYMPTOMS OF SPIRITUAL AWAKENING:

INTRODUCTION
For the past several years, many of my friends, students, and clients have described experiencing a multitude of changes, strange feelings and physical sensations. I myself have been passing through an unusual period of my life that, in many ways, matches that of my friends. At first, I labelled what was happening to me as a mid-life crisis and/or menopause. But I began to observe similar conditions among men and all age groups. At that point I began to compare notes with others and do some research into this subject. What follows is a compilation of my findings. Many of these may seem bizarre to some readers, but I can assure you that these conditions exist among healthy, mentally and emotionally sound adults from around the world. One note of caution: I am not recommending that anyone ignore major physical or emotional conditions requiring professional attention. So please do not overlook any serious medical condition . But if this list is in anyway helpful to those of you who are confused and worried about some of these symptoms, so be it.
The advice given for many of the symptoms is also gathered from various sources (books on traditional spiritual practices as well as channelled information) and may not reflect my own personal experience. As with anything, use discernment: if it’s useful, fine; if not, ignore it.
One excellent book to read is What Is Lightbody? Archangel Ariel channelled by Tashira Tachi-ren. Or jack Kornfield’s A Path with Heart. We all experience our spiritual development in our own unique way. For some of us the changes occur slowly; for others a series of events can trigger sudden growth. We do not all share the same symptoms or changes. And certainly we hold our individual spiritual beliefs. We are as different as snowflakes, yet we share a common essence and general shape. Some of this information may resonate for you. Other concepts may not be comfortable for you. Each of us must examine new information and discern for ourselves what is truth and what does not serve us. So I ask you to do this for yourself as you read this list. SYMPTOMS OF SPIRITUAL AWAKENING
1. Changing sleep patterns: restlessness, hot feet, waking up two or three times a night. Feeling tired after you wake up and sleepy off and on during the day. There is something called the Triad Sleep Pattern that occurs for many: you sleep for about 2-3 hours, wake up, go back to sleep for another couple of hours, wake again, and go back to sleep again. For others, the sleep requirements have changed. You can get by on less sleep. Lately I have been experiencing huge waves of energy running into my body from the crown. It feels good, but it keeps me awake for a long time, then subsides.
Advice: Get used to it. Make peace with it and don’t worry about getting enough sleep (which often causes more insomnia). You will be able to make it through the day if you hold thoughts of getting just what you need. You can also request your Higher Power to give you a break now and then and give you a good, deep night’s sleep. If you can’t go back to sleep right away, use the waking moments to meditate, read poetry, write in your journal or look at the moon. Your body will adjust to the new pattern.
2. Activity at the crown of the head: Tingling, itching, prickly, crawling sensations along the scalp and/or down the spine. A sense of energy vibrating on top of the head, as if energy is erupting from the head in a shower. Also the sensation of energy pouring in through the crown, described as "sprinkles". This may also be experienced as pressure on the crown, as if someone is pushing his/her finger into the centre of your head. As I mentioned in #1, I have been experiencing huge downloads of energy through the crown. In the past, I have felt more generalized pressure, as if my head is in a gentle vise. One man related that his hair stood on end and his body was covered with goosebumps.
Advice: This is nothing to be alarmed about. What you are experiencing is an opening of the crown chakra. The sensations mean that you are opening up to receive divine energy.
3. Sudden waves of emotion. Crying at the drop of a hat. Feeling suddenly angry or sad with little provocation. Or inexplicably depressed. Then very happy. Emotional roller coaster. There is often a pressure or sense of emotions congested in the heart chakra (the middle of the chest). This is not to be confused with the heart, which is located to the left of the heart chakra.
Advice: Accept your feelings as they come up and let them go. Go directly to your heart chakra and feel the emotion. Expand it outward to your all your fields and breathe deeply from the belly all the way up to your upper chest. Just feel the feeling and let it evaporate on its own. Don’t direct the emotions at anyone. You are cleaning out your past. If you want some help with this, say out loud that you intend to release all these old issues and ask your Higher Power to help you. You can also ask Grace Elohim to help you release with ease and gentleness. Be grateful that your body is releasing these emotions and not holding onto them inside where they can do harm. One source suggests that depression is linked to letting go of relationships to people, work, etc. that no longer match us and our frequencies. When we feel guilty about letting go of these relationships, depression helps us medicate that pain.
4.. Old "stuff" seems to be coming up, as described above, and the people with whom you need to work it out (or their clones) appear in your life. Completion issues. Or perhaps you need to work through issues of self-worth, abundance, creativity, addictions, etc. The resources or people you need to help you move through these issues start to appear.
Advice: Same as #3. Additionally, don’t get too involved in analysing these issues. Examining them too much will simply cycle you back through them over and over again at deeper and deeper levels. Get professional help if you need to and walk through it. Do not try to avoid them or disassociate yourself from them. Embrace whatever comes up and thank it for helping you move ahead. Thank your Higher Power for giving you the opportunity to release these issues. Remember, you don’t want these issues to stay stuck in your body.
5. Changes in weight. The weight gain in the US population is phenomenal. Other people may be losing weight. We often gain weight because many fears we have suppressed are now coming up to the surface to be healed. We react by building up a defence. We also attempt to ground ourselves or provide bulk against increasing frequencies in our bodies.
Advice: Don’t freak out, but just accept it as a symptom of where you are right now. You will release/gain the weight when all your fears have been integrated. Release your anxiety about this. Then you might find it easier to lose/gain the weight eventually.
Exercise. Before eating, try this: Sit at the table with an attractive place setting. Light a candle. Enjoy how the food looks. Place your dominant hand over your heart and bless the food. Tell your body that you are going to use the food to richly nourish it, but that you are not going to use the food to fulfil your emotional hungers. Then pass your hand from left to right over the food and bless it. You may notice that the food feels warm to your hand even if the food is cold—I like to think that the food is good for me when it feels warm and nourishing to my hand. I have also noticed that when I practice blessing the food, I don’t eat as much. It is important not to let yourself off the hook when you forget to bless the food before you eat. If I’ve forgotten and I’ve nearly finished eating, I bless the food anyway. That way I don’t slip out of the habit. Another thing you can do is to stay present while eating—don’t watch TV or read. Heartily enjoy what blessings are before you.
6. Changes in eating habits: Strange cravings and odd food choices. Some find they are not as hungry as they used to be. Or hungrier.
Advice: Don’t deny what your body tells you it needs. If you are not sure, you might try muscle-testing before you chose a food to see if it’s what your body wants. Also try blessing the food as described in #5.
7. Food intolerances, allergies you never had before: As you grow more spiritual, you are more sensitive to everything around you. Your body will tell you what it can no longer tolerate, as if it, too, is sloughing off what doesn’t serve it anymore. You might be cleansing yourself of toxins. Some people find they often have a white residue in their mouth, much like that of runners at the end of a race.
Advice: An acupuncturist told me that this film can be removed by sloshing 2 tablespoons of cold-pressed olive oil in your mouth for 10-15 minutes (don’t swallow, whatever you do), then spitting it out into the toilet—not the sink, for you just removed toxins from your body and don’t want them in the sink. Brush your teeth and do the same. Then clean your brush. (Sorry this is yucky, but it works.)
8. Amplification of the senses. Increased sensitivity.
8a. Sight: Blurry vision, shimmering objects, seeing glittery particles, auras around people, plants, animals, and objects. Some report seeing formerly opaque objects as transparent. When you close your eyes, you no longer see darkness, but redness. You may also see geometric shapes or brilliant colours and pictures when eyes are closed. Colours appear more vivid—the sky might look teal or the grass an amazing green. Often I see grids running across the ground. As you become more sensitive, you may see shapes or outlines in the air, especially when the room is almost dark. When your eyes are open or closed, you may see white shapes in your peripheral vision (these are your guides).
Advice: Your vision is changing in many ways—you are experiencing new ways of seeing. Be patient. Whatever you do, do not be afraid. Hazy vision maybe relieved by yawning.
8b. Hearing: Increased or decreased hearing. I once thought I would have to pull off the road because of the painfully amplified sound of my tires on the freeway. Other symptoms are hearing white noise in the head, beeps, tones, music or electronic patterns. Some hear water rushing, bees buzzing, whooshing, roaring or ringing. Others have what is called audio dyslexia—you can’t always make out what people are saying, as if you can no longer translate your own language. Some hear strange voices in their dreams, as if someone is hovering near them. You can either ask the presence(s) to leave or ask Archangel Michael to take care of the situation. Again, there is nothing to fear.
Advice: Surrender to it. Let it come through. Listen. Your ears are adjusting to new frequencies.
8c. Enhanced senses of smell, touch, and/or taste. I notice I can now smell and taste chemical additives in some foods in a rather unpleasant manner. Other food may taste absolutely wonderful. For some people, these enhancements are both delightful and distracting. You might even smell the fragrance of flowers now and then. Many of the mystics did. Enjoy it.

9. Skin eruptions: Rashes, bumps, acne, hives, and shingles. Anger produces outbreaks around the mouth and chin. I had dermatitis on my extremities for several months that accompanied healing an episode from my past. When I had worked through most of the issue, the condition was released.
Advice: You may be sloughing off toxins and bringing emotions to the surface. When there is an issue to be released and you are trying to repress it, your skin will express the issue for you until you process the emotions. Work through your "stuff".
10. Episodes of intense energy, which make you, want to leap out of bed and into action. Followed by periods of lethargy and fatigue. The fatigue usually follows great shifts. This is a time of integration, so give into it.
Advice: Roll with the nature of the energy. Don’t fight it. Be gentle with yourself. Take naps if you are tired. Write your novel if you are too energized to sleep. Take advantage of the type of energy.
11. Changes in prayer or meditation. Not feeling the same sensations as before. Not having the same experience of being in contact with Spirit. Difficulty in focusing.
Advice: You may be in more instant and constant communion with Spirit now and the sensation may therefore be altered. You will adapt to this new feeling. You are actually thinking and acting in partnership with Spirit most of the time now. You may find your meditation periods shorter.
12. Power surges: All of a sudden you are heated from head to toe. It is a momentary sensation, but uncomfortable. In contrast, some people have felt inexplicably cold. I have experienced both. More recently I experience waves or currents of energy rolling through me. Sometimes the energy seems so intense when it first comes into my body that I feel a little nauseated. But if I think of the energy as divine and let go of fear, I feel wonderful and enjoy the sensation. If you are an energy worker, you may have noticed that the heat running through your hands has increased tremendously. This is good.
Advice: If you are uncomfortable, ask your Higher Power, that if it were for you’re best and highest good, to turn down/up the temperature a bit.
13. A range of physical manifestations: Headaches, backaches, neck pains, flu-like symptoms (this is called vibrational flu), digestive problems, muscular spasms or cramps, racing heartbeat, chest pains, changes in sexual desire, numbness or pain in the limbs, and involuntary vocalizations or bodily movements. Some of us have even had old conditions from childhood reappear briefly for healing.
Advice: Remember what I said about seeking medical help if you need it! If you have determined that this is not a medical condition, relax in the realization that it is only temporary.
14. Looking younger. Yippee! As you clear emotional issues and release limiting beliefs and heavy baggage from the past, you are actually lighter. Your frequency is higher. You love yourself and life more. You begin to resemble the perfect you that you really are.
15. Vivid dreams. Sometimes the dreams are so real that you wake up confused. You may even have lucid dreams in which you are in control. Many dreams may be mystical or carry messages for you. And in some dreams, you just know that you are not "dreaming"—that what is happening is somehow real.
Advice: You will remember what is important for you to remember. Don’t force anything. Above all, stay out of fear.
16. Events that completely alter your life: death, divorce, changes in job status, loss of home, illness, and/or other catastrophes—sometimes several at once! Forces that cause you to slow down, simplify, change, re-examine who you are and what your life means to you. Forces that you cannot ignore. Forces that cause you release your attachments. Forces that awaken your sense of love and compassion for all.
17. A desire to break free from restrictive patterns, life-draining jobs consumptive lifestyles, and toxic people or situations. You feel a compelling need to "find yourself" and your life purpose—now! You want to be creative and free to be who you really are. You might find yourself drawn to the arts and nature. You want to uncluttered yourself from things and people that no longer serve you.
Advice: Do it!
18. Emotional and mental confusion: A feeling that you need to get your life straightened out—it feels like a mess. But at the same time you feel chaotic and unable to focus. See #45.
Advice: Put your ear to your heart and your own discernment will follow.
19. Introspection, solitude and loss of interest in more extroverted activities: This stage has come as a surprise to many extraverts who formerly saw themselves as outgoing and involved. They say, "I don’t know why, but I don’t like to go out as much as before."
20. Creativity bursts: Receiving images, ideas, music, and other creative inspirations at an often-overwhelming rate.
Advice: At least record these inspirations, for Spirit is speaking to you about how you might fulfil your purpose and contribute to the healing of the planet.
21. A perception that time is accelerating. It seems that way because you have had so many changes introduced into your life at an unprecedented rate. The number of changes seems to be growing.
Advice: Breaking your day up into appointments and time segments increases the sense of acceleration .You can slow time down by relaxing into the present moment and paying attention to what’s at hand, not anticipating what’s ahead. Slow down and tell yourself that you have plenty of time. Ask your Higher Power to help you. Keep your focus on the present. Try to flow from one activity to the next. Stay tuned to your inner guidance..You can also warp time by asking for it. Next time you feel rushed, say, "Time warp, please. I need some more time to -----." Then relax.
22. A sense of impendingness. There is a feeling that something is about to happen. This can create anxiety.
Advice: There is nothing to worry about. Things are definitely happening, but anxiety only creates more problems for you. All your thoughts—positive or negative—are prayers. There is nothing to fear.
23. Impatience. You know better, but sometimes you can’t help it. You want to get on with what seems to be coming your way. Uncertainty is not comfortable.
Advice: Learn to live with the uncertainty, knowing that nothing comes to you until you are ready. Impatience is really a lack of trust; especially trust in your Higher Power. When you focus on the present, you will experience miracles—yes, even in traffic.
24. A deep yearning for meaning, purpose, spiritual connection, and revelation. Perhaps an interest in the spiritual for the first time in your life. "Constant craving", as k.d. Lang says. The material world cannot fulfil this longing.
Advice: Follow your heart and the way will open up for you.
25. A feeling that you are somehow different. A disquieting sense that everything in your life feels new and altered, that you have left your old self behind. You have. You are much greater than you can possibly imagine. There is more to come.
26. "Teachers" appear everywhere with perfect timing to help you on your spiritual journey: people, books, movies, events, Mother Nature, etc. Teachers may appear to be negative or positive when you are trapped in polarity thinking, but, from a transcendent perspective, they are always perfect. Just what you need to learn from and move on. By the way, we never get more than we are ready to master. Each challenge presents us with an opportunity to show our mastery in passing through it.

27. You find a spiritual track that makes sense to you and "speaks to you" at the most profound levels. Suddenly you are gaining a perspective that you would never have considered before. You hunger to know more. You read, share with others, ask questions, and go inside to discover more about who you are and why you are here
28. You are moving through learning and personal issues at a rapid pace. You sense that you are "getting it" quite readily.
Advice: Keep remembering that things will come to you when they are ready to be healed. Not sooner. Deal with whatever comes up with courage and you will move through the issues rapidly.
29. Invisible presences. Here is the woo-woo stuff. Some people report feeling surrounded by beings at night or having the sensation of being touched or talked to. Often they will wake with a start. Some also feel their body orbed vibrate. The vibrations are caused by energetic changes after emotional clearing has taken place.
Advice: This is a sensitive topic, but you may feel better blessing your bed and space around it before you sleep. I rest assured that I am surrounded only by the most magnificent spiritual entities and am always safe in God’s care. Sometimes, however, the fear gets to me, and I call in Archangel Michael and/or Archangel Uriel. I don’t beat myself up for being afraid sometimes. I forgive myself for not always sovereign at 3:00 a.m.
30. Portents, visions, "illusions", numbers, and symbols: Seeing things that have spiritual importance for you. Noticing how numbers appear synchronistically in your awareness. Everything has a message if you take the time to look. I enjoy the experience of "getting the messages." What fun!
31. Increased integrity: You realize that it is time for you to seek and speak your truth. It suddenly seems important for you to become more authentic, more yourself. You may have to say "no" to people whom you have tried to please in the past. You may find it intolerable to stay in a marriage or job or place that doesn’t support who you are. You may also find there is nowhere to hide, no secrets to keep anymore. Honesty becomes important in all your relationships.
Advice: Listen to your heart. If your guidance tells you not to do something, speak up and take action. Say "no". Likewise, you must also say, "yes" to that which compels you. You must risk displeasing others without guilt in order to attain spiritual sovereignty.
32. Harmony with seasons and cycles: You are becoming more tuned to the seasons, the phases of the moon and natural cycles. More awareness of your place in the natural world. A stronger connection to the earth.
33. Electrical and mechanical malfunctions: When you are around, lightbulbs flicker, the computer locks up, or the radio goes haywire.
Advice: Call on your angels, guides, or Grace Elohim to fix it or put up a field of protection of light around the machine. Surround your car with bluelight. Laugh.
34. Increased synchronicity and many small miracles. Look for more of these.
Advice: Synchronistic events tell you if you are heading in the right direction or making the correct choices. Honour these clues and you cannot go astray. Spirit uses synchronicity to communicate to you. That’s when you begin to experience daily miracles. See #30.
35. Increased intuitive abilities and altered states of consciousness: Thinking of someone and immediately hearing from them. More synchronicities. Having sudden insights about patterns or events from the past. Clairvoyance, out-of-body experiences, and other psychic phenomena. Intensified sensitivity and knowing. Awareness of one’s essence and that of others. Channelling angelic and Christ-consciousness energies.
36. Communication with Spirit. Contact with angels, spirit guides, and other divine entities. Channelling. More and more people seem to be given this opportunity. Feeling inspiration and downloading information that takes form as writing, painting, ideas, communications, dance, etc.
37. A sense of Oneness with all. A direct experience of this Wholeness. Transcendent awareness. Being flooded with compassion and love for all life. Compassionate detachment or unconditional love for all is what lifts us up to higher levels of consciousness and joy.
38. Moments of joy and bliss. A deep abiding sense of peace and knowing that you are never alone.
39. Integration: You become emotionally, psychologically, physically, and spiritually stronger and clearer. You feel as if you are in alignment with your Higher Self.

40. Living your purpose: You know you are finally doing what you came to earth for. New skills and gifts are emerging, especially healing ones. Your life/work experiences are now converging and starting to make sense. You are finally going to use them all.
Advice: Listen to your heart. Your passion leads you to where you must go. Go within and ask your Higher Power, "What is it you would have me do?" Watch for synchronicities. Listen.
41. Feeling closer to animals and plants. To some people, animals now seem to be more "human" in their behaviour. Wild animals are less afraid. Plants respond to your love and attention more than ever. Some may even have messages for you.
42. Seeing beings of other dimensions. The veil between dimensions is thinner, so it is not surprising. Just stay in your sovereignty. You are more powerful than you can ever imagine, so do not entertain fear. Ask your guides for help if you slip into fear.
43. Seeing a person’s true form or seeing loved ones with a different face—past life or parallel life.
44. Physically manifesting thoughts and desires more quickly and efficiently.
Advice: Monitor your thoughts. All thoughts are prayers. Be careful what you ask for.
45. Left -brain fogginess. You’re psychic abilities, your intuitive knowing, your feeling and compassion, your ability to experience your body, your visioning, your expressiveness all emanate from the right brain. In order for this side of the brain to develop more fully, the left-brain must shut down a little bit. Normally the left-hemisphere’s capacity for order, organization, structure, linear sequencing, analysis, evaluation, precision, focus, problem-solving, and mathematics dominate our often less-valued right brain.
What results are memory lapses, placing words in the wrong sequence, inability or no desire to read for very long, inability to focus; forgetting what you are just about to say; impatience with linear forms of communication (audio or written formats); a feeling of spaciness, being scattered; losing interesting research or complex information; feeling bombarded with words and talk and information; and a reluctance to write. Sometimes you feel dull and have no interest in analysis, lively intellectual discussion, or investigation. On the other hand, you might find yourself drawn to the sensate: videos, magazines with photos, beautiful artwork, movies, music, sculpting, painting, being with people, dancing, gardening, walking, and other kinaesthetic forms of expression. You may search for spiritual content, even science fiction.
Advice: You may discover that if you allow your heart and your right brain to lead you, the left will then be activated appropriately to support you. And someday we will be well balanced, using both hemispheres with mastery.
46. Dizziness. This occurs when you are ungrounded. Perhaps you have just cleared a big emotional issue and your body is adjusting to your "lighter" state.
Advice: Ground yourself by eating protein. Sometimes "comfort food" feels right. Don’t make any food right or wrong for you. Use your guidance to know what you need at any given moment. Take your shoes off and put your feet in the grass for a couple of minutes.
47. Falling, having accidents, breaking bones. Your body is not grounded or perhaps your life is out of balance. Or your body may be telling you to slow down, examine certain aspects of your life, or heal certain issues. There is always a message. When I recently broke my ankle, I understand that my ankle was taking on what I myself refused to deal with. And that was all of the above.
Advice: Stay grounded by taking your shoes off and putting your feet in the grass; even better, lie down on the grass without a blanket under you. Feel the earth beneath you. Get out in nature. Slow down and pay attention. Be mindful about what you are doing. Feel your feelings when they come up. Stay in the present. Surround yourself with blue light when you are feeling shaky.
49. Heart palpitations. A racing heart usually accompanies a heart opening. It only lasts for a few moments and means that the heart is re-balancing itself after an emotional release. I had one episode that terrified me: I woke up in the middle of the night, my heart pounding. I thought it was going to come right out of my chest. It only happened once and was, I understand, a huge heart-chakra opening. But I did check it out. There is nothing wrong with my heart.
Advice: Remember what I said about getting medical attention when needed. Consult your doctor about any conditions you are not comfortable with.
50. Faster hair and nail growth. More protein is being used in the body. Too bad we can’t tell the body where to grow the hair and where not to grow it. (Or can we? Hmmm.)
51. A desire to find your soul mate or twin flame. More than ever before, the idea that we can have a relationship that matches who we are seems more desirable.
Advice: The truth is, we have to be the kind of person we want to attract. We have to love ourselves and where we are right now before we can attract a more "perfect" mate. The work begins at home. Here is how I think it works: Hold the desire for this person in your heart, but without attachment. Expect that someday you will meet someone who is more suited to you, but let go of any expectations as to who this will be and how it will happen. Focus instead on cleaning up your own life and being the kind of person you want to be. Be happy now. Enjoy your life. Then you may see.....
52. Memories surface. Body memories, suppressed memories, images of past lives and/or parallel lives. We are healing and integrating all our "selves", so expect to have some of these experiences.
Advice. Keep in mind that it is best to recall what only what comes to mind, leave the rest alone, don’t analyse everything to death (because you will be stuck in the tape loop of infinite issues to process), and feel your feelings as they come up. Ask for help from your guides.

INTRODUCTION
For the past several years, many of my friends, students, and clients have described experiencing a multitude of changes, strange feelings and physical sensations. I myself have been passing through an unusual period of my life that, in many ways, matches that of my friends. At first, I labelled what was happening to me as a mid-life crisis and/or menopause. But I began to observe similar conditions among men and all age groups. At that point I began to compare notes with others and do some research into this subject. What follows is a compilation of my findings. Many of these may seem bizarre to some readers, but I can assure you that these conditions exist among healthy, mentally and emotionally sound adults from around the world. One note of caution: I am not recommending that anyone ignore major physical or emotional conditions requiring professional attention. So please do not overlook any serious medical condition . But if this list is in anyway helpful to those of you who are confused and worried about some of these symptoms, so be it.
The advice given for many of the symptoms is also gathered from various sources (books on traditional spiritual practices as well as channelled information) and may not reflect my own personal experience. As with anything, use discernment: if it’s useful, fine; if not, ignore it.
One excellent book to read is What Is Lightbody? Archangel Ariel channelled by Tashira Tachi-ren. Or jack Kornfield’s A Path with Heart. We all experience our spiritual development in our own unique way. For some of us the changes occur slowly; for others a series of events can trigger sudden growth. We do not all share the same symptoms or changes. And certainly we hold our individual spiritual beliefs. We are as different as snowflakes, yet we share a common essence and general shape. Some of this information may resonate for you. Other concepts may not be comfortable for you. Each of us must examine new information and discern for ourselves what is truth and what does not serve us. So I ask you to do this for yourself as you read this list. SYMPTOMS OF SPIRITUAL AWAKENING
1. Changing sleep patterns: restlessness, hot feet, waking up two or three times a night. Feeling tired after you wake up and sleepy off and on during the day. There is something called the Triad Sleep Pattern that occurs for many: you sleep for about 2-3 hours, wake up, go back to sleep for another couple of hours, wake again, and go back to sleep again. For others, the sleep requirements have changed. You can get by on less sleep. Lately I have been experiencing huge waves of energy running into my body from the crown. It feels good, but it keeps me awake for a long time, then subsides.
Advice: Get used to it. Make peace with it and don’t worry about getting enough sleep (which often causes more insomnia). You will be able to make it through the day if you hold thoughts of getting just what you need. You can also request your Higher Power to give you a break now and then and give you a good, deep night’s sleep. If you can’t go back to sleep right away, use the waking moments to meditate, read poetry, write in your journal or look at the moon. Your body will adjust to the new pattern.
2. Activity at the crown of the head: Tingling, itching, prickly, crawling sensations along the scalp and/or down the spine. A sense of energy vibrating on top of the head, as if energy is erupting from the head in a shower. Also the sensation of energy pouring in through the crown, described as "sprinkles". This may also be experienced as pressure on the crown, as if someone is pushing his/her finger into the centre of your head. Get professional help if you need to and walk through it. Do not try to avoid them or disassociate yourself from them. Embrace whatever comes up and thank it for helping you move ahead. Thank your Higher Power for giving you the opportunity to release these issues. Remember, you don’t want these issues to stay stuck in your body.
5. Changes in weight. The weight gain in the US population is phenomenal. Other people may be losing weight. We often gain weight because many fears we have suppressed are now coming up to the surface to be healed. We react by building up a defence. We also attempt to ground ourselves or provide bulk against increasing frequencies in our bodies.
Advice: Don’t freak out, but just accept it as a symptom of where you are right now. You will release/gain the weight when all your fears have been integrated. Release your anxiety about this. Then you might find it easier to lose/gain the weight eventually.
Exercise. Before eating, try this: Sit at the table with an attractive place setting. Light a candle. Enjoy how the food looks. Place your dominant hand over your heart and bless the food. Tell your body that you are going to use the food to richly nourish it, but that you are not going to use the food to fulfil your emotional hungers. Then pass your hand from left to right over the food and bless it. You may notice that the food feels warm to your hand even if the food is cold—I like to think that the food is good for me when it feels warm and nourishing to my hand. I have also noticed that when I practice blessing the food, I don’t eat as much. It is important not to let yourself off the hook when you forget to bless the food before you eat. If I’ve forgotten and I’ve nearly finished eating, I bless the food anyway. That way I don’t slip out of the habit. Another thing you can do is to stay present while eating—don’t watch TV or read. Heartily enjoy what blessings are before you.
6. Changes in eating habits: Strange cravings and odd food choices. Some find they are not as hungry as they used to be. Or hungrier.
Advice: Don’t deny what your body tells you it needs. If you are not sure, you might try muscle-testing before you chose a food to see if it’s what your body wants. Also try blessing the food as described in #5.
7. Food intolerances, allergies you never had before: As you grow more spiritual, you are more sensitive to everything around you. Your body will tell you what it can no longer tolerate, as if it, too, is sloughing off what doesn’t serve it anymore. You might be cleansing yourself of toxins. Some people find they often have a white residue in their mouth, much like that of runners at the end of a race.
Advice: An acupuncturist told me that this film can be removed by sloshing 2 tablespoons of cold-pressed olive oil in your mouth for 10-15 minutes (don’t swallow, whatever you do), then spitting it out into the toilet—not the sink, for you just removed toxins from your body and don’t want them in the sink. Brush your teeth and do the same. Then clean your brush. (Sorry this is yucky, but it works.)
8. Amplification of the senses. Increased sensitivity.
8a. Sight: Blurry vision, shimmering objects, seeing glittery particles, auras around people, plants, animals, and objects. Some report seeing formerly opaque objects as transparent. When you close your eyes, you no longer see darkness, but redness. You may also see geometric shapes or brilliant colours and pictures when eyes are closed. Colours appear more vivid—the sky might look teal or the grass an amazing green. Often I see grids running across the ground. As you become more sensitive, you may see shapes or outlines in the air, especially when the room is almost dark. When your eyes are open or closed, you may see white shapes in your peripheral vision (these are your guides).
Advice: Your vision is changing in many ways—you are experiencing new ways of seeing. Be patient. Whatever you do, do not be afraid. Hazy vision maybe relieved by yawning.
8b. Hearing: Increased or decreased hearing. I once thought I would have to pull off the road because of the painfully amplified sound of my tires on the freeway. Other symptoms are hearing white noise in the head, beeps, tones, music or electronic patterns. Some hear water rushing, bees buzzing, whooshing, roaring or ringing. Others have what is called audio dyslexia—you can’t always make out what people are saying, as if you can no longer translate your own language. Some hear strange voices in their dreams, as if someone is hovering near them. You can either ask the presence(s) to leave or ask Archangel Michael to take care of the situation. Again, there is nothing to fear.
Advice: Surrender to it. Let it come through. Listen. Your ears are adjusting to new frequencies.
8c. Enhanced senses of smell, touch, and/or taste. I notice I can now smell and taste chemical additives in some foods in a rather unpleasant manner. Other food may taste absolutely wonderful. For some people, these enhancements are both delightful and distracting. You might even smell the fragrance of flowers now and then. Many of the mystics did. Enjoy it.

9. Skin eruptions: Rashes, bumps, acne, hives, and shingles. Anger produces outbreaks around the mouth and chin. I had dermatitis on my extremities for several months that accompanied healing an episode from my past. When I had worked through most of the issue, the condition was released.
Advice: You may be sloughing off toxins and bringing emotions to the surface. When there is an issue to be released and you are trying to repress it, your skin will express the issue for you until you process the emotions. Work through your "stuff".
10. Episodes of intense energy, which make you, want to leap out of bed and into action. Followed by periods of lethargy and fatigue. The fatigue usually follows great shifts. This is a time of integration, so give into it.
Advice: Roll with the nature of the energy. Don’t fight it. Be gentle with yourself. Take naps if you are tired. Write your novel if you are too energized to sleep. Take advantage of the type of energy.
11. Changes in prayer or meditation. Not feeling the same sensations as before. Not having the same experience of being in contact with Spirit. Difficulty in focusing.
Advice: You may be in more instant and constant communion with Spirit now and the sensation may therefore be altered. You will adapt to this new feeling. You are actually thinking and acting in partnership with Spirit most of the time now. You may find your meditation periods shorter.
12. Power surges: All of a sudden you are heated from head to toe. It is a momentary sensation, but uncomfortable. In contrast, some people have felt inexplicably cold. I have experienced both. More recently I experience waves or currents of energy rolling through me. Sometimes the energy seems so intense when it first comes into my body that I feel a little nauseated. But if I think of the energy as divine and let go of fear, I feel wonderful and enjoy the sensation. If you are an energy worker, you may have noticed that the heat running through your hands has increased tremendously. This is good.
Advice: If you are uncomfortable, ask your Higher Power, that if it were for you’re best and highest good, to turn down/up the temperature a bit.
13. A range of physical manifestations: Headaches, backaches, neck pains, flu-like symptoms (this is called vibrational flu), digestive problems, muscular spasms or cramps, racing heartbeat, chest pains, changes in sexual desire, numbness or pain in the limbs, and involuntary vocalizations or bodily movements. Some of us have even had old conditions from childhood reappear briefly for healing.
Advice: Remember what I said about seeking medical help if you need it! If you have determined that this is not a medical condition, relax in the realization that it is only temporary.
14. Looking younger. Yippee! As you clear emotional issues and release limiting beliefs and heavy baggage from the past, you are actually lighter. Your frequency is higher. You love yourself and life more. You begin to resemble the perfect you that you really are.
15. Vivid dreams. Sometimes the dreams are so real that you wake up confused. You may even have lucid dreams in which you are in control. Many dreams may be mystical or carry messages for you. And in some dreams, you just know that you are not "dreaming"—that what is happening is somehow real.
Advice: You will remember what is important for you to remember. Don’t force anything. Above all, stay out of fear.
16. Events that completely alter your life: death, divorce, changes in job status, loss of home, illness, and/or other catastrophes—sometimes several at once! Forces that cause you to slow down, simplify, change, re-examine who you are and what your life means to you. Forces that you cannot ignore. Forces that cause you release your attachments. Forces that awaken your sense of love and compassion for all.
17. A desire to break free from restrictive patterns, life-draining jobs consumptive lifestyles, and toxic people or situations. You feel a compelling need to "find yourself" and your life purpose—now! You want to be creative and free to be who you really are. You might find yourself drawn to the arts and nature. You want to uncluttered yourself from things and people that no longer serve you.
Advice: Do it!
18. Emotional and mental confusion: A feeling that you need to get your life straightened out—it feels like a mess. But at the same time you feel chaotic and unable to focus. See #45.
Advice: Put your ear to your heart and your own discernment will follow.
19. Introspection, solitude and loss of interest in more extroverted activities: This stage has come as a surprise to many extraverts who formerly saw themselves as outgoing and involved. They say, "I don’t know why, but I don’t like to go out as much as before."
20. Creativity bursts: Receiving images, ideas, music, and other creative inspirations at an often-overwhelming rate.
Advice: At least record these inspirations, for Spirit is speaking to you about how you might fulfil your purpose and contribute to the healing of the planet.
21. A perception that time is accelerating. It seems that way because you have had so many changes introduced into your life at an unprecedented rate. The number of changes seems to be growing.
Advice: Breaking your day up into appointments and time segments increases the sense of acceleration .You can slow time down by relaxing into the present moment and paying attention to what’s at hand, not anticipating what’s ahead. Slow down and tell yourself that you have plenty of time. Ask your Higher Power to help you. Keep your focus on the present. Try to flow from one activity to the next. Stay tuned to your inner guidance..You can also warp time by asking for it. Next time you feel rushed, say, "Time warp, please. I need some more time to -----." Then relax.
22. A sense of impendingness. There is a feeling that something is about to happen. This can create anxiety.
Advice: There is nothing to worry about. Things are definitely happening, but anxiety only creates more problems for you. All your thoughts—positive or negative—are prayers. There is nothing to fear.
23. Impatience. You know better, but sometimes you can’t help it. You want to get on with what seems to be coming your way. Uncertainty is not comfortable.
Advice: Learn to live with the uncertainty, knowing that nothing comes to you until you are ready. Impatience is really a lack of trust; especially trust in your Higher Power. When you focus on the present, you will experience miracles—yes, even in traffic.
24. A deep yearning for meaning, purpose, spiritual connection, and revelation. Perhaps an interest in the spiritual for the first time in your life. "Constant craving", as k.d. Lang says. The material world cannot fulfil this longing.
Advice: Follow your heart and the way will open up for you.
25. A feeling that you are somehow different. A disquieting sense that everything in your life feels new and altered, that you have left your old self behind. You have. You are much greater than you can possibly imagine. There is more to come.
26. "Teachers" appear everywhere with perfect timing to help you on your spiritual journey: people, books, movies, events, Mother Nature, etc. Teachers may appear to be negative or positive when you are trapped in polarity thinking, but, from a transcendent perspective, they are always perfect. Just what you need to learn from and move on. By the way, we never get more than we are ready to master. Each challenge presents us with an opportunity to show our mastery in passing through it.

27. You find a spiritual track that makes sense to you and "speaks to you" at the most profound levels. Suddenly you are gaining a perspective that you would never have considered before. You hunger to know more. You read, share with others, ask questions, and go inside to discover more about who you are and why you are here
28. You are moving through learning and personal issues at a rapid pace. You sense that you are "getting it" quite readily.
Advice: Keep remembering that things will come to you when they are ready to be healed. Not sooner. Deal with whatever comes up with courage and you will move through the issues rapidly.
29. Invisible presences. Here is the woo-woo stuff. Some people report feeling surrounded by beings at night or having the sensation of being touched or talked to. Often they will wake with a start. Some also feel their body orbed vibrate. The vibrations are caused by energetic changes after emotional clearing has taken place.
Advice: This is a sensitive topic, but you may feel better blessing your bed and space around it before you sleep. I rest assured that I am surrounded only by the most magnificent spiritual entities and am always safe in God’s care. Sometimes, however, the fear gets to me, and I call in Archangel Michael and/or Archangel Uriel. I don’t beat myself up for being afraid sometimes. I forgive myself for not always sovereign at 3:00 a.m.
30. Portents, visions, "illusions", numbers, and symbols: Seeing things that have spiritual importance for you. Noticing how numbers appear synchronistically in your awareness. Everything has a message if you take the time to look. I enjoy the experience of "getting the messages." What fun!
31. Increased integrity: You realize that it is time for you to seek and speak your truth. It suddenly seems important for you to become more authentic, more yourself. You may have to say "no" to people whom you have tried to please in the past. You may find it intolerable to stay in a marriage or job or place that doesn’t support who you are. You may also find there is nowhere to hide, no secrets to keep anymore. Honesty becomes important in all your relationships.
Advice: Listen to your heart. If your guidance tells you not to do something, speak up and take action. Say "no". Likewise, you must also say, "yes" to that which compels you. You must risk displeasing others without guilt in order to attain spiritual sovereignty.
32. Harmony with seasons and cycles: You are becoming more tuned to the seasons, the phases of the moon and natural cycles. More awareness of your place in the natural world. A stronger connection to the earth.
33. Electrical and mechanical malfunctions: When you are around, lightbulbs flicker, the computer locks up, or the radio goes haywire.
Advice: Call on your angels, guides, or Grace Elohim to fix it or put up a field of protection of light around the machine. Surround your car with bluelight. Laugh.
34. Increased synchronicity and many small miracles. Look for more of these.
Advice: Synchronistic events tell you if you are heading in the right direction or making the correct choices. Honour these clues and you cannot go astray. Spirit uses synchronicity to communicate to you. That’s when you begin to experience daily miracles. See #30.
35. Increased intuitive abilities and altered states of consciousness: Thinking of someone and immediately hearing from them. More synchronicities. Having sudden insights about patterns or events from the past. Clairvoyance, out-of-body experiences, and other psychic phenomena. Intensified sensitivity and knowing. Awareness of one’s essence and that of others. Channelling angelic and Christ-consciousness energies.
36. Communication with Spirit. Contact with angels, spirit guides, and other divine entities. Channelling. More and more people seem to be given this opportunity. Feeling inspiration and downloading information that takes form as writing, painting, ideas, communications, dance, etc.
37. A sense of Oneness with all. A direct experience of this Wholeness. Transcendent awareness. Being flooded with compassion and love for all life. Compassionate detachment or unconditional love for all is what lifts us up to higher levels of consciousness and joy.
38. Moments of joy and bliss. A deep abiding sense of peace and knowing that you are never alone.
39. Integration: You become emotionally, psychologically, physically, and spiritually stronger and clearer. You feel as if you are in alignment with your Higher Self.

40. Living your purpose: You know you are finally doing what you came to earth for. New skills and gifts are emerging, especially healing ones. Your life/work experiences are now converging and starting to make sense. You are finally going to use them all.
Advice: Listen to your heart. Your passion leads you to where you must go. Go within and ask your Higher Power, "What is it you would have me do?" Watch for synchronicities. Listen.
41. Feeling closer to animals and plants. To some people, animals now seem to be more "human" in their behaviour. Wild animals are less afraid. Plants respond to your love and attention more than ever. Some may even have messages for you.
42. Seeing beings of other dimensions. The veil between dimensions is thinner, so it is not surprising. Just stay in your sovereignty. You are more powerful than you can ever imagine, so do not entertain fear. Ask your guides for help if you slip into fear.
43. Seeing a person’s true form or seeing loved ones with a different face—past life or parallel life.
44. Physically manifesting thoughts and desires more quickly and efficiently.
Advice: Monitor your thoughts. All thoughts are prayers. Be careful what you ask for.
45. Left -brain fogginess. You’re psychic abilities, your intuitive knowing, your feeling and compassion, your ability to experience your body, your visioning, your expressiveness all emanate from the right brain. In order for this side of the brain to develop more fully, the left-brain must shut down a little bit. Normally the left-hemisphere’s capacity for order, organization, structure, linear sequencing, analysis, evaluation, precision, focus, problem-solving, and mathematics dominate our often less-valued right brain.
What results are memory lapses, placing words in the wrong sequence, inability or no desire to read for very long, inability to focus; forgetting what you are just about to say; impatience with linear forms of communication (audio or written formats); a feeling of spaciness, being scattered; losing interesting research or complex information; feeling bombarded with words and talk and information; and a reluctance to write. Sometimes you feel dull and have no interest in analysis, lively intellectual discussion, or investigation. On the other hand, you might find yourself drawn to the sensate: videos, magazines with photos, beautiful artwork, movies, music, sculpting, painting, being with people, dancing, gardening, walking, and other kinaesthetic forms of expression. You may search for spiritual content, even science fiction.
Advice: You may discover that if you allow your heart and your right brain to lead you, the left will then be activated appropriately to support you. And someday we will be well balanced, using both hemispheres with mastery.
46. Dizziness. This occurs when you are ungrounded. Perhaps you have just cleared a big emotional issue and your body is adjusting to your "lighter" state.
Advice: Ground yourself by eating protein. Sometimes "comfort food" feels right. Don’t make any food right or wrong for you. Use your guidance to know what you need at any given moment. Take your shoes off and put your feet in the grass for a couple of minutes.
47. Falling, having accidents, breaking bones. Your body is not grounded or perhaps your life is out of balance. Or your body may be telling you to slow down, examine certain aspects of your life, or heal certain issues. There is always a message. When I recently broke my ankle, I understand that my ankle was taking on what I myself refused to deal with. And that was all of the above.
Advice: Stay grounded by taking your shoes off and putting your feet in the grass; even better, lie down on the grass without a blanket under you. Feel the earth beneath you. Get out in nature. Slow down and pay attention. Be mindful about what you are doing. Feel your feelings when they come up. Stay in the present. Surround yourself with blue light when you are feeling shaky.
49. Heart palpitations. A racing heart usually accompanies a heart opening. It only lasts for a few moments and means that the heart is re-balancing itself after an emotional release. I had one episode that terrified me: I woke up in the middle of the night, my heart pounding. I thought it was going to come right out of my chest. It only happened once and was, I understand, a huge heart-chakra opening. But I did check it out. There is nothing wrong with my heart.
Advice: Remember what I said about getting medical attention when needed. Consult your doctor about any conditions you are not comfortable with.
50. Faster hair and nail growth. More protein is being used in the body. Too bad we can’t tell the body where to grow the hair and where not to grow it. (Or can we? Hmmm.)
51. A desire to find your soul mate or twin flame. More than ever before, the idea that we can have a relationship that matches who we are seems more desirable.
Advice: The truth is, we have to be the kind of person we want to attract. We have to love ourselves and where we are right now before we can attract a more "perfect" mate. The work begins at home. Here is how I think it works: Hold the desire for this person in your heart, but without attachment. Expect that someday you will meet someone who is more suited to you, but let go of any expectations as to who this will be and how it will happen. Focus instead on cleaning up your own life and being the kind of person you want to be. Be happy now. Enjoy your life. Then you may see.....
52. Memories surface. Body memories, suppressed memories, images of past lives and/or parallel lives. We are healing and integrating all our "selves", so expect to have some of these experiences.
Advice. Keep in mind that it is best to recall what only what comes to mind, leave the rest alone, don’t analyse everything to death (because you will be stuck in the tape loop of infinite issues to process), and feel your feelings as they come up. Ask for help from your guides.

It's time to rewrite McDonald's animal welfare policies
What makes me think that PETA can convince McDonald's to rewrite its corporate animal welfare policies? Burger King. Wendy's. Canadian KFCs. Denny's. Hardees. Carl's Jr. Safeway. Albertsons. Harris Teeter. Winn-Dixie.
McDonald's is the number one seller of chicken flesh in the U.S.—and possibly the number one reason that chickens are among the most abused animals on Earth. These are some of the biggest grocery and restaurant chains in the U.S. and Canada, and PETA has brought them all to the bargaining table and won some of the most sweeping improvements for farmed animals ever. Because of our efforts, fewer factory farms are using cruel gestation crates to confine pregnant sows or "battery cages," in which hens are crammed so tightly together that they cannot spread a single wing.
Now we're taking on McDonald's. Its reforms will lead the way for the greatest changes in the industry. We can win this battle and others—but only with your support.
Chickens killed by McDonald's suppliers are dumped from their crates and violently shackled by workers, often as their limbs are broken or torn off. Many have their throats cut or are scalded to death in tanks of boiling water while still conscious.
The terror that these animals endure can be easily eliminated by switching to controlled-atmosphere killing (CAK)—the least cruel form of poultry slaughter ever developed. With CAK, an inert gas puts the birds to sleep quickly and painlessly while they are still in their transport cages—eliminating much of the suffering that they endure during the slaughter process.
Many of the other companies that PETA staff members have worked with—including Burger King, Canadian KFCs, Wendy's, and Popeye's—are agreeing to push their suppliers to switch to CAK. But McDonald's is refusing to do so. It's even ignored its own study, which showed that CAK would both reduce the suffering of chickens and save the company money.
But that can change with your help today.
As the largest seller of chicken flesh in the U.S., McDonald's has both the responsibility and the ability to pave the way for this important reform to take hold in slaughterhouses across the country.
PETA has the investigators, the activists, the know-how, and the determination to win this campaign. Dear Andrea: The 2009 Canadian seal slaughter has officially ended, and we're happy to tell you that this year, about three-fourths of the seals who were scheduled to be bludgeoned or shot to death during the annual war on seals were spared. More than 300,000 of these gentle creatures were scheduled to die during the blood bath on the ice, but more than 200,000 seals did not suffer the cruel fate that Canada had intended for them. They did not have to feel the pain of having their skull bashed in or feel what it's like to have a hook stuck through their eye, cheek, or mouth—just so that their fur could be stolen for "fashion." This dramatic decline in the number of seals who were killed during the slaughter is largely because the price of seal fur has fallen over the years as the disgust over the slaughter increases. The European Union and the U.S. have banned seal products, and world leaders have spoken out against the massacre. Demonstrations from London to Hamburg and Los Angeles to Toronto have made the headlines, and kind people all over the world have sent a strong, united message that the seal slaughter must end. While sealers bludgeoned and killed far fewer baby seals than they have in years past and people around the world are speaking out against the slaughter, our campaign is far from over. PETA will be fighting on for these defenseless animals until the Canadian government backs down and ends the slaughter for good, but we still need your help. The Florida Squirrels
The Florida squirrels
Now I don't care who you are, what religion you are, where you live, or how old you are.........this is funny!
There were five houses of religion in a small Florida town:
The Presbyterian Church,
The Baptist Church ,
The Methodist Church ,
The Catholic Church and
The Jewish Synagogue...
Each church and Synagogue was overrun with pesky squirrels.
One day, the Presbyterian Church called a meeting to decide what to do about the squirrels. After much prayer and consideration they determined that the squirrels were pre-destined to be there and they shouldn't interfere with God's divine will.
In The BAPTIST CHURCH the squirrels had taken up habitation in the baptistery. The deacons met and decided to put a cover on the baptistery and drown the squirrels in it.
The squirrels escaped somehow and there were twice as many there the next week.
The Methodist Church got together and decided that they were not in a position to harm any of God's creation. So, they humanely trapped the squirrels and set them free a few miles outside of town. Three days later, the squirrels were back.
But......The Catholic Church came up with the best and most effective solution.. They baptized the squirrels and registered them as members of the church. Now they only see them on Christmas, Ash Wednesday, Palm Sunday and Easter.
Not much was heard about the Jewish Synagogue, but they took one squirrel and had a short service with him called circumcision and they haven't seen a squirrel on the property since.

At 2:34 in the afternoon of May 31, the husband of an Unknowncountry.com subscriber happened to glance out a window of their Eden Isles, Louisiana home, which overlooks Lake Ponchatrain and has a wide view of the sky. To his amazement, he saw an unusual silver object hanging motionless in the clear blue, and took what has turned out to be one of the clearest and most detailed images ever made of a UFO.

The shot was taken with a 15 megapixel Sony digital camera with a 300 MM lens. It is not a computer generated graphic.
Unknowncountry's photo analysts, special effects artist Steve Neill, filmmaker Dan Drasin and web designer Daniel Stegall have examined the image, and offer the following comments:
Dan Drasin:
"I must say it looks convincing. Not at all like what a typical faked saucer might look like. Assuming we're looking at the front of it, it seems to have some kind of "tail" appendage. And the bottom edge has six or eight round nubbins of some kind. There's some kind of apparent side protrusion as well, which looks almost like a cylindrical tank, but it could also be a reflection. No idea what the understructure is all about. It almost looks like a separate craft docked inside a larger enclosure. The color and material looks different.
"But these comments are all subjective. At this resolution, the likelihood is that we're seeing false shapes to some extent. For all we know it might conceivably be one of those silvered Mylar helium balloons that's partially deflated and reflecting distorted landscape features off its wrinkled bottom. That may be an extreme interpretation, but there's simply not enough detail here to rule something like that out."
Steve Neill:
"Whatever this is, after looking at it for some time now, and playing with different filters, I don't believe it's a Mylar balloon that's losing gas and collapsing to form this shape. It very well could be, and I think Dan has made an excellent observation. But the form just seems to angular and sharp to me. Also the pod on its back is very precisely formed and symmetrical. It doesn't appear to be Mickey mouse ears or any other such appendage that may appear on the balloons they make today. They make such a wide variety today, everything from butterflies to dragonflies I have purchased for my wife on occasions. This doesn't look like any of them. It's certainly not a CGI image either."
Daniel Stegall:
"I agree with what everyone else has so far put forth. It's an intriguing photo, but largely (and frustratingly) inconclusive due to the lack of other objects in frame.
"I also wanted to put another possibility out there. It might be some kind of UAV. Consider this: Cypher UAV.
"Not an exact match, but close enough to warrant consideration, though because this is a ducted form of propulsion, I would think that if the object in the photo was something like this UAV, its engine noise would have been audible at that distance."
Steve Neill comments: "Since the SR-71 program was instituted, top secret aircraft are not flown over public areas."

This weekend will see the Safe Climate Rally held in capital cities across the country. The Australian Greens are endorsing these rallies.
One of the demands of the rallies is that the Senate refuse to pass the Rudd Government's emissions trading legislation.
This will be a critical period in the Senate. Our Senators will be put under great pressure from the media and vested interests to pass this flawed legislation. We need to make it understood that real action is needed on climate change, and that this scheme isn't 'better than nothing': it's worse than useless.

Kids First Update
BREAKING NEWS!!!
Aldi supermarkets have today announced their plan to remove a total of 14 suspect colours and some undesirable preservatives from their entire range by the end of 2009. This is a great boost to our efforts and we should feel proud that the Kids First Campaign has played a role in driving positive change such as this. Hopefully this is the thin edge of the wedge and we will see Woolworths, Coles and IGA following suit in the near future.
CAMPAIGN UPDATE
The Kids First Campaign has been bubbling away quietly but effectively since our successful launch last year, despite the fact that FSANZ are still maintaining a staunch " do nothing position " in relation to the 6 food additive colours targetted in the campaign.
Following the launch we have had more than 15 000 consumers sign the on line petition to FSANZ . This petition remains live and will continue to operate via the website www.additivealert.com.au for the remainder of 2009.
As a result of the campaign, the Kids First Campaign coordinators were invited to a meeting with the Chair of FSANZ, Ms Phillipa Smith. This meeting took place in Sydney in March but was a great disappointment, with FSANZ showing no inclination to look further into the issue, despite the level of consumer concern, and maintaing their position that " the science of the Southampton study was " weak" and did not warrant action".
Despite this though, there have been some great successes on the ground resulting from the campaign's influence. In March 2009 Nestle announced a reformulation of their Smarties range which no longer contain coal tar dyes, but now use safer colours,. Uncle Tobys have also discontinued their Fruit Bars due to declining sales , and have replaced them with another product which does not contain artificial colours. Both these products were featured prominently in our campaign.

Proud To Be White....
I have often commented that the average white Australian male is the one who is most discriminated against - obviously following on from America. So what else is new. Our government has dug itself a big hole and there's not much hope of getting out of it.

This was his defense speech in court after making racial comments in his comedy act. He makes some very interesting points...
Someone finally said it. How many are actually paying attention to this? There are African Americans, Mexican Americans, Asian Americans, Arab Americans, etc.
And then there are just Americans. You pass me on the street and sneer in my direction. You call me 'White boy,' 'Cracker,' 'Honkey,' 'Whitey,' 'Caveman'... and that's OK.
But when I call you, Nigger, Kike, Towel head, Sand-nigger, Camel Jockey, Beaner, Gook, or Chink .. You call me a racist.
You say that whites commit a lot of violence against you.... so why are the ghettos the most dangerous places to live?
You have the United Negro College Fund. You have Martin Luther King Day.
You have Black History Month. You have Cesar Chavez Day.
You have Yom Hashoah. You have Ma'uled Al-Nabi.
You have the NAACP. You have BET... If we had WET (White Entertainment Television), we'd be racists. If we had a White Pride Day, you would call us racists.
If we had White History Month, we'd be racists.
If we had any organization for only whites to 'advance' OUR lives, we'd be racists.
We have a Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, a Black Chamber of Commerce, and then we just have the plain Chamber of Commerce.. Wonder who pays for that??
A white woman could not be in the Miss Black American pageant, but any color can be in the Miss America pageant.
If we had a college fund that only gave white students scholarships... You know we'd be racists.
There are over 60 openly proclaimed Black Colleges in the US . Yet if there were 'White colleges', that would be a racist college.
In the Million Man March, you believed that you were marching for your race and rights. If we marched for our race and rights, you would call us racists.
You are proud to be black, brown, yellow and orange, and you're not afraid to announce it. But when we announce our white pride, you call us racists.
You rob us, carjack us, and shoot at us. But, when a white police officer shoots a black gang member or beats up a black drug dealer running from the law and posing a threat to society, you call him a racist..
I am proud... But you call me a racist.
Why is it that only whites can be racists??
There is nothing improper about this e-mail. Let's see which of you are proud enough to send it on. I sadly don't think many will. That's why we have LOST most of OUR RIGHTS in this country. We won't stand up for ourselves!
